Wildflower x Kini Swimwear

This week, we’re proud to share with you two gorgeous designs from one of our happy Kini customers. Wildflowers is a prominent voice in the fashion blogging world, sharing her styling tips with her legions of followers on her blog and Instagram. She created two beautiful bespoke bikinis with Kini just before Christmas, and although she spent the festive period in cooler climates, we hope she still got chance to show off her stunning designs.

Best Bikini to hide a tummy

Everyone has that one area of their body that they aren’t so confident with and when it comes to swimwear you can feel like you have nowhere to hide. Here at Kini, however, we believe that swimwear should be used to highlight your assets, disguise your danger areas and make anyone look fabulous on the beach, no matter their body shape.

The tummy is a main concern for many women, making them feel self conscious about baring all on the beach. So, you can either start doing three thousand sit ups every morning, or you can take a look at our tips for concealing your belly to give you more confidence and have you looking great.

All Aboard With Kini

This month Jessie Khoo, the blogger behind Fashion and Sounds, designed her very own custom Kini bikini. As many others have done before her, she chose to experiment with the nautical trend, wearing the print on a moulded cup and skinny brief. Jessie loved playing fashion designer with Kini – we make it easy by taking care of all the hard work and letting you enjoy creating your perfect bikini!

“The life of a fashion designer is amazing – if I do say so myself”
– Jessie Khoo, Fashion and Sounds

Jessie seamlessly styled her Kini with a pair of white denim shorts and visited a secluded beach to take these incredible photos. We know that you will find them just as inspiring as we do – which is why we had to share them.

In the Press – Cleo

Published this October, we were excited to hear that we were featured in Cleo’s swim edit, charting their ultimate guide to swimwear this summer! Kini Swimwear featured alongside major retailers such as Asos and Billabong in Cleo’s guide to swimwear trends. As Australia’s first custom swimwear brand, we could not be happier that attention is being brought to the rise of custom swimwear in a mass market.

Cleo chose to showcase a Kini design in a navy and white nautical print, one of this seasons hottest trends, yet elegant, as the design has been paired with a retro style high waisted pant and underwired top. As well as being loved by Cleo, fashion blogger Ally from Substance Blog is an advocate of the nautical trend, as you can see from her stunning collaboration with Kini earlier this year. Take a look at our guide for some hints and tips on rocking the nautical style this season.

In The Press – WeightWatchers Magazine

As summer descends upon us, magazines are beginning to compile lists of their favourite bikinis to rock on the beach, and we were delighted to see that Kini Swimwear designs had been featured in this November’s issue of WeightWatchers Magazine as part of their Superhero Swimsuit collection. The article centred around stylish swimwear that flatters different body shapes and helps women to be body confident, which is a value that we one hundred percent embrace here at Kini!

A Kini piece featuring an underwired top and brief bottom was selected as a ‘Chest Champion’ by WeightWatchers Magazine and for good reason, as our underwire top is fantastic for supporting a fuller bust and you can take a look at our guide for some more tips on dressing for your body shape this summer. The piece was decorated in one of our favourite prints, Tropical Tea Party, a sure fire winner as Garden Party prints are a firm favourite with the fashionistas this season!
