Earlier this week we unveiled some gorgeous shots of To Infinity and Beyond wearing her bespoke Kini bikini with fellow fashion blogger Fashion Mask. As both pieces were equally stunning, we decided that they deserved two posts so we could showcase each bikini fully! Today we are focusing on Helena from Fashion Mask, who spent a relaxing day at The Yeatman Porto to showcase her swimwear, as for these Portuguese beauties it is still too cold to hit the beach!
Helena has chosen one of our newest styles for her bikini, the gorgeous bralette top, the stylish sister of the familiar triangle bikini. The bralette is different to the triangle in that it is a more defined piece, great for hourglass and pear shaped women because it adds a bold contour line that accentuates your smaller waists.
Choosing a dark colour, like black as Helena has, for the contour line further draws attention to the shape of the waist, which has a super flattering effect. It also makes the printed detailing on the bikini really stand out, as the black provides a sharp contrast.
Helena has used a print that was inspired by the gorgeous garden party trend, Pocket Full Of Posie, a bold statement pattern perfectly matched to the bold bralette. Floral prints are a huge trend for this summer, have a look here to see Sydney blogger Frilly Skirts‘ take on this style.
The high waisted pant makes a perfect companion to the bralette top and we love how Helena has added black panels to match the black detailing of her top. This is also a great illusion for pear shapes as a darker colour on the hips will help to create a more streamlined aesthetic.
